A Nigerian born Conductor, Singer and Violinist; Aderayo Oyegbade founded and directs the Lagos, Nigeria-based Mountain Top Chorale since 2013. Under his direction, the Chorale won three Gold Medals and three Silver Medals at the Ninth and Tenth World Choir Games in Russia and South Africa respectively. He also served as the Conductor of the Divine Symphony Orchestra and Mountain Top Conservatory Choir and Orchestra, and regularly taught singing and history of music at MTCM and MUSON respectively while in Nigeria. He received his Diploma on the violin and singing from Musical Society of Nigeria, his licentiate of the Royal Schools of Music in singing and his B.A. Honors in Creative Arts (Music) from University of Lagos, Nigeria. He recently received his master’s in music performance majoring in Choral Conducting at Indiana University of Pennsylvania
